Are there any requirements to apply for the license?
You must be a company that supports and understands our company's vision and be willing to cooperate with further developing the KANDON brand.

Are there any requirements to join the license?
Membership fee, a security deposit and training fee are needed as initial fee.
After the store has opened, monthly royalty and system cost (for sales management and ordering system) are required.

Is there a term of contract?
The contract period of the KANDON license is five years. After that it will automatically renew each year.
How long will it take to open a store after signing the contract?
It is a case by case basis depending on human resources, training period, property and area of operation.
If all conditions are met at an optimal level, the shortest time before opening a store is three months.

Are there any conditions for the location of a store?
There is are areas determined by our own marketing. In order to have the KANDON brand’s success we hope to have your understanding.
Is the store design decided by the headquarters?
The basic design is decided by the headquarters. However, the construction itself may be done by any construction company, provided that they are reliable.
By lowering initial cost can reduce the burden on the franchisees.
How much support can we expect from the headquarters?
We will provide support according to each task and needs such as, training, dispatching trainers and sharing management know-hows and success cases, or supporting developing new products.
